What You’ll Do
As a Resident Assistant (RA) or CNA , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. You will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Support individualized care plans
- Document care and report changes in condition
- Encourage resident independence and dignity
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Interact with residents with patience, compassion, and a friendly smile
