Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work variable day and night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Provide care in 10-bed ICU/IMC unit with patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3-1:4 for IMC
• Float to other units as needed including medical surgical (MS) with 1:5-1:6 ratios on 34-bed unit
• Float to facility locations in Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk (floating can be prescheduled)
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
• Subject to low census and on-call requirements with 2-hour minimum call back
• Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours per contract
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required, one travel assignment preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
• Flu and COVID vaccination compliance required (mask mandate for non-vaccinated during flu season)
