Facilities & Visitor Services Coordinator
BGIS
BGIS is seeking a Facility Services Coordinator to join our Boston team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage phone inquiries, room bookings, and support the site management team with daily administrative tasks. This role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. You will assist with mail, deliveries, access control, meeting room needs, and invoicing reconciliation while contributing to BGIS's commitment to #J-18808-Ljbffr BGIS
