Housing Stability Navigator
Proactive Community Services
Proactive Community Services is seeking a Housing Navigator to assist individuals and families facing housing instability. You will assess housing needs, develop stabilization plans, and help participants navigate housing options and resources. The role requires engagement with participants, landlords, property managers, and community partners to address barriers and coordinate housing-related assistance.
