Job Description Truss Assembler – Conway, SC General Labor Services is hiring Truss Assemblers for our client in the Conway, SC area. Pay Rate $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Truss Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves assembling roof and floor trusses according to specifications, using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assemble wood trusses according to blueprints and production specifications. Measure, cut, position, and secure lumber components. Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely. Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with material handling and movement of finished products as needed. Work closely with team members to meet production goals. Requirements Previous construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment. Reliable transportation and good attendance.
