General Manager

Toppers Pizza has a new opportunity for you to join one of the leaders in the better‑pizza delivery market. We are looking for several Managers‑In‑Training (MITS) to join our teams at our Superior/Duluth locations. We are a growing company and the right organization for a dedicated team player who wants to make a difference in an environment where hard work is valued.

You will assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of your restaurant; ensuring guest satisfaction. One of the most important opportunities that you will have is to develop, direct, and supervise your team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation—while being developed to potentially become a General Manager of a Toppers Pizza store.

Key Responsibilities

• Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant team members and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested.
• Have the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members.
• Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Have the ability to be cross‑trained in all areas of the kitchen.
• All team members play the role of dishwasher, cashier, cook, pizza maker, etc.; be prepared to learn a lot and work hard if you join the team.
• Most of the jobs that we are hiring for are entry level positions.
• The goal is for you to become a General Manager of a store someday.

• Prior experience in one or more of the following roles/brands is highly desirable: shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager, Toppers Pizza, Papa Murphys, Chick‑fil‑A, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Burger King, Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, KFC, Arby’s, Panera Bread.
• Restaurant General Manager is generally offered as a full‑time restaurant job.
