ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member for my mother, who is also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for customer service, community involvement, and what it takes to build a successful agency.

Im a graduate of University of Hawaii and have spent my life in the same community I now serve. Being a local resident with deep roots in the area allows me to stay connected to the people and organizations that make our community special. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We participate in and support a variety of local events throughout the year and believe strongly in giving back to the community that supports us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brandon Kim - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
