HVAC Service Technician / Installer

Job Description Job Description HVAC Service Technician / Installer Mann's Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled, motivated technician to join our 62-year team. This role includes HVAC installation, service, and repair, along with helping customers understand their options. Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair HVAC systems * Perform installations and service work * Provide strong customer service * Maintain truck stock, tools, and safety equipment * Communicate with dispatcher and customers on scheduling * Collect payment/authorization upon job completion * Document installed equipment (make, model, serial, photos) * Help customers decide between repair or replacement * Meet performance standards Requirements: * 5+ years HVAC installation experience (mini splits, boilers, furnaces, AC/heat pumps) * Own hand tools * Knowledge of HVAC codes * Experience with hot air and hot water systems * Valid, clean driver's license * Willing to work overtime and on-call * Ability to lift up to 100 lbs * Willing to continue training/education Certifications: * EPA Certification (required) * NATE Certification (preferred) * Valid Driver's License Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Bonus & commission pay Company Description At Mann Heating & Air Conditioning, we don't just install systems; we help create comfortable and efficient spaces to live and work in.
