Institutional Marketing Director- Immunology

AstraZeneca seeks an Institutional Marketing Director to lead US immunology marketing strategy for integrated delivery networks, health systems, and academic institutions. The role bridges marketing, sales, and medical affairs to develop go-to-market strategies and account-based engagement across the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead institutional channel strategy for IDNs, health systems, and supergroups using Strategic Account Selling framework
Serve as liaison between marketing and institutional-based selling teams to ensure brand alignment
Develop account-based go-to-market recommendations including segmentation and deployment strategies
Drive insight generation agenda and build brand strategy for advanced practice providers and academic institutions
Design and deploy marketing assets aligned to prioritized value propositions across immunology portfolio

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
5+ years pharmaceutical marketing, managed markets, sales, or related experience
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and learning agility
Expert written and presentation skills with strategic analysis capabilities
Ability to influence and lead without authority across teams
20% travel capability
