Call Center Specialist Full Time Nights

Job Title: Call Center Specialist (Full Time Nights) Responsibilities Answer phones and record demographic information related to the person being assessed. Coordinate and process patient documents and paperwork for patient transfers. Ensure all required information is accurately documented in the various information system programs. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma/GED Preferred Education: Associate Degree Preferred Experience: 1-3 Years work‑related experience. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, psychiatric diagnoses symptomology, basic chemical dependency, age‑specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management.
