What You’ll Do

• Deliver a consultative, engaging buying experience from the first hello through final delivery.
• Bring the BMW product lineup to life through confident demonstrations and exceptional product knowledge.
• Connect with clients who value performance, luxury, technology, and design.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored vehicle and ownership solutions.
• Consistently follow up with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Achieve individual performance goals while contributing to a strong, collaborative team culture.
• Represent the BMW brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Stay current on BMW products, technology, features, incentives, and the competitive automotive landscape.
• You’re more than a salesperson — you’re a relationship builder, communicator, and brand ambassador.

You:

• Have at least 3 years of sales experience preferably in the Automotive field.
• Are confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of clients.
• Thrive in a goal-driven, performance-oriented environment.
• Take ownership of your results and hold yourself accountable.
• Are coachable and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
• Know how to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every interaction.
• Understand that trust and relationships are the foundation of long-term success.
• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is valuable, but mindset, energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence matter most.

Salary Range: $78,365- $$158,360
