Senior Construction Estimator

We are currently looking for a Senior Estimator with commercial construction experience and a background in conceptual estimating, and strong budgeting foundation. Position Responsibilities

Ability to work with our customers and architect/engineer/subcontract partners in a diligent and collaborative manner
Bid document preparation and subcontractor buyout in an expeditious and thorough manner
The ideal candidate has the ability to solve problems with limited direction
Ability to bring tasks to completion in a timely manner
Conceptual estimating ability is a requirement of this position
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and multi-task
Ability to lead project meetings and assist and/or fill in for other Estimators with all functions
Ability to communicate directly with Vendors/Subcontractors/Architects/Engineers

Minimum Qualifications

A degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture strongly preferred
Conceptual estimating experience with commercial building construction projects highly preferred
Negotiated estimating experience a plus
Experience with technology: ProCore, OnScreen Takeoff, Smartsheets, BlueBeam, Smart Bid, Excel
The ideal candidate has the ability to solve problems with limited direction
Estimating background in healthcare, assisted living, municipal, higher-education, negotiated and lump sum bid work
