Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30-$35 per flat rate hour based on experience | Up to $40/hr for top talent

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Transmission Technician in Broken Arrow, OK.

This A-Level or strong B-Level opportunity pays $30-$35 per flat rate hour based on experience, with earning potential up to $40 per flat rate hour for top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transmission removal and replacement (R&R) accurately and efficiently.

• Diagnose and repair transmission-related concerns.

• Identify drivability and performance issues related to transmission systems.

• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and clearly document findings.

• Perform high-quality repairs while meeting established shop standards.

• Collaborate with the team to keep repair work moving efficiently.

• Follow established shop procedures and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional automotive technician experience.

• Strong hands-on transmission repair and replacement experience.

• A-Level or strong B-Level technical background preferred.

• Strong transmission diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Dealership or heavy line experience is a plus.

• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred.
