8-hour day shifts, with 36 hours guaranteed and an expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with outpatient experience to join our team. The position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, managing follow-up visits, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and care for patients in an outpatient environment.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients and families.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain records.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Meet productivity expectations with a goal of 60 visits per week.
• See 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
