Experienced Inside Surveyor / Licensed Surveyor 
$8K-$12K Bonus + Ownership Opportunity / Profit Share Earnings)

A growing civil engineering and surveying firm is seeking a full-time Experienced Inside Surveyor / Licensed Surveyor to join their Williamsburg office.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare proposals, support RFP responses, and assist with competitive bid pursuits
• Communicate with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
• Provide surveying services and oversee project delivery
• Manage survey field crews and coordinate project activities
• Ensure contract management and project profitability
• Support business development and expand survey client relationships

Qualifications:

• Virginia Professional Land Surveyor license required
• 5+ years of experience in land development and public works projects
• Experience with subdivisions, site plans, rezoning, and municipal projects
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate survey operations
• Strong working relationships with municipalities and approval agencies
• Experience with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, boundary line adjustments, construction stakeout/as-builts, and builder packages
