Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your primary roles will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring a safe and empathetic space for clients.

• Utilizing solution-focused therapeutic approaches to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Identifying clients' mental health challenges and resilience factors, while guiding them toward personal growth and psychological well-being.

• Regularly monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective care.

• Collaboratively involving clients in their therapeutic journey by empowering them to explore and understand their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

• Documenting session outcomes and maintaining client confidentiality following ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in Oregon as a Mental Health Counselor, with accepted credentials being LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Ability to work independently without supervision, demonstrating strong self-regulation and motivation.
