This travel assignment allows you to work across multiple locations, providing vital home health services to patients with chronic diseases, wound care needs, and more. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Complete 6 visits per day, including routine visits, discharges, recertifications, and reassessments
• Provide exceptional care to patients with chronic diseases, utilizing skills in wound care, IV, pleurx, and wound vac management
• Successfully manage up to 25-30 patient cases, including disease teaching and OASIS assessment
• Schedule visits with patients in advance and adapt to a flexible travel routine

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software
