Eye Care Practice Lead

AEG Vision in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to support daily operations and lead clinical and front desk teams toward exceptional patient care.
You will collaborate with the Practice Manager and Optometrist to balance patient flow, staff development, and service standards, while learning multiple practice functions and preparing for expanded responsibilities over time.
