Compensation & Schedule Pay: $17–$18/hour , Weekly pay Full‑time position , closed every Sunday and major holidays Top-Tier Benefits Health & Dental Insurance Paid Vacation Days Lexus‑Paid Training Vehicle Reimbursement Program IRA Match Program Christmas Club Savings Program Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery Assist with managing and updating social media platforms Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations) Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects Stay current on all Lexus training and certification Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Detail‑oriented and highly organized Confident using computers, email, and digital tools Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism A team player with a can‑do , positive attitude Willingness to learn new technologies and vehicle systems Discreet with confidential information Able to work independently and follow through on tasks Professional appearance and demeanor Why Join Lexus of Cool Springs?
