Temporary Help Pool Administrative Assistant - College of Nursing, Student Affairs

Job Description

The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Nursing office of Student Affairs, is seeking candidates for a Temporary Administrative Assistant.
This position is not benefit eligible.

Responsibilities

Candidate will answer and direct phone queries, respond to email queries, create spreadsheets, tally data points, assist with planning, set up and break down special events, interact with external vendors, and present a positive greeting and assist students and prospects.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma.


Computer proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Must have excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication skills, and can multitask. Work with minimum supervision and be customer service driven.
