Overview

National Captive Leader is an exceptional remote role where you will lead and oversee area claim functions, including managing the largest and most complex claims. You'll drive team excellence through performance evaluations, training, and strategic reserve adjustments, all while shaping innovative strategies in a dynamic and collaborative environment. To excel in this role, strong leadership experience in Workers' Compensation is essential, and prior TPA experience is highly preferred. This is a fully remote position.

How you'll make an impact:

• Leads and directs the area claim functions.
• Oversees the handling of the largest and/or most complex claims.
• Approves personnel activities concerning hiring, training/development, and evaluation of staff performance.
• Sets and adjusts claim reserves within authority.
• Conducts case reviews and evaluates claims staff performance by continuous review of claims statistics, open and closed file evaluations, re-inspection, and observation of activities in the field and office.

About you:

• Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required.
• Preferred: Master's degree preferred.
• Behaviors: Excellent communication skills.
