Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs with experience caring for seniors to join our team. What We Offer * Competitive pay: $21–$23/hour * Part-time and full-time opportunities * 4hour shifts-12 hour shifts may be available * Flexible scheduling * Health, dental & vision insurance * Paid time off & sick leave * Free continuing education and training ‍⚕️ Responsibilities * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with mobility and daily activities * Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing * Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping * Assist clients with appointments, walks, and outings * Report changes or unusual incidents to the appropriate parties * Respond responsibly in emergency situations ✅ Requirements * Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in an approved training program * Reliable transportation * Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks * Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English * U.S. work authorization required * Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate * Strong communication and time-management skills * Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties ⏰ Generally 12–20 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours depending on client needs and availability.
