At The Resource Group, we build strong relationships with provider teams, working alongside them to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses, all in support of delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities for this role can be found below:Lead the project management of assigned initiatives related to pharmaceutical distribution and optimization, overseeing resource coordination, planning, and tracking continuous improvement results across solution and community operations.Interpret complex financial trends and business forecasts as they relate to performance metrics, developing actionable recommendations for leadership concerning pharmaceutical supply expense and improvement initiatives.Communicate with stakeholders regarding impacts related to new contracts and operational changes, while serving as the primary liaison for team projects across communities to drive goal alignment and initiative success.Assist in the development, analysis, and evaluation of optimal item selection and stocking processes with pharmaceutical distributors, supporting the creation of necessary playbooks and operational guidance.Partner with executives to manage communications and deliverables, and engage with leadership to design, administer, and track the progress of continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance and operational efficiency.Develop support tools using advanced technical skills (Excel and/or SQL) for implementation support and performance tracking, and own, organize, and maintain community-wide resources across various platforms for accessibility and effectiveness.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Reg Health Info Tech credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred.Education:High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.What Additional Preferences We're Seeking• A Bachelor's degree• 2 years of professional experience and/or an internship in project management, initiative implementation, and/or healthcare setting experienceEqual employment opportunity employerAscension provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all associates and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions, lactation, breastfeeding, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, all as defined by applicable law, and any other legally protected status or characteristic in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
