Event Marketing Specialist | National Growth Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and hands‑on Event Marketing Specialist to own the planning and execution of educational seminars, client appreciation events, and relationship‑driven experiences that support our continued national growth. This is not a role focused solely on event logistics. The ideal candidate understands how events support business objectives and has experience managing the complete event lifecycle, including strategy, audience targeting, messaging, budgeting, vendor management, execution, attendee experience, and post‑event analysis including ROI. As our organization continues to expand into new markets, this individual will have the opportunity to help scale and refine event processes across multiple offices nationwide while maintaining the high‑touch, personalized experience that sets our events apart. The right person is equally comfortable developing event strategy, partnering with leadership and financial advisors, negotiating with vendors, managing event day logistics, and analyzing results to continually improve future events. The Experience You Bring 5+ years of hands‑on event management experience with ownership of the complete event lifecycle from concept and strategy through execution, reporting, and ROI analysis Proven experience designing events that support business development, client engagement, lead generation, or measurable organizational goals Ability to independently manage multiple events simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, vendors, marketing assets, and stakeholder expectations Experience partnering with executives, sales teams, financial advisors, or other business leaders to develop event objectives, messaging, and attendee experience Strong understanding of post‑event analysis, including attendance metrics, feedback, lead tracking, and opportunities for continuous improvement Experience creating event processes, playbooks, or scalable systems is highly desirable as we continue to expand into new markets A polished, professional presence with a hospitality mindset and a passion for creating meaningful, high‑touch experiences Comfortable with hands‑on event execution, including travel, setup, problem solving, and managing all details needed for a successful event #J-18808-Ljbffr AppleOne Employment Services
