About the Role:
Apex Window Installation Inc is looking for a motivated Entry Level Window Installer to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the skilled trades, learn hands-on installation techniques, and build a rewarding career in the home improvement industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers with residential window installation projects
- Perform job site clean-up before, during, and after window installations
- Safely handle and transport windows, frames, and installation materials
- Remove old or damaged windows and prepare openings for new installations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Load and unload materials and equipment from company vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines on every job site
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — entry level candidates are encouraged to apply. Experienced installers also welcome to apply. Pay is determined by experience and skill level.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Willingness to learn window installation techniques and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
