Key responsibilities include working closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of business needs, objectives, and existing systems infrastructure. Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs.Responsibilities:Builds trust and confidence with clients and ensure the bank effectively delivers an excellent client experience during these technically complex implementationsWorks closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determines requirements, and develops functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructureDrives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologiesWorks closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, including testing plans and scripts that serve customer needsOversees the delivery and execution of the project in line with agreed delivery timelines, driving the participants for the Bank to realize new revenue at the earliest opportunity, and to meet client expectationsLOB Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience in the industry.Min 1 year experience in treasury servicesStrong knowledge Treasury Payments, Receipts and Information Reporting products with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidenceStrong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal partners to deliver clear requirementsStrong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team buildingLOB Desired Qualifications:Client implementation experience with Treasury Products is highly desiredPrior experience managing technology projects at Bank of AmericaMay manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget.
