As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Pensacola, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or common areas while following post orders, reporting procedures, and client-facing service expectations for a professional business environment.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with site personnel, assisting with security-related inquiries, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or policy issues through appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
