Job Title: Mechatronics & Robotics Technician
Job Description

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Additionally, you will have the chance to mentor junior technicians, helping them to grow in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills.
• Supervise maintenance activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Engage in risk management and preventative maintenance planning.

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 2+ years of experience in conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 2+ years of experience in repairing MHE, automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment.
• 2+ years of experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 2+ years of experience in safety standards.
• 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

• Experience in maintenance management, preventative maintenance planning, and conveyor maintenance.
• Knowledge of automation and control systems.
• Skills in data analysis and project management.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and CMMS.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Work Environment

The role requires physical activity, including moving up to 49lbs, standing, and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will work in a dynamic environment with flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, TN.

The pay range for this position is $67000.00 - $67000.00/yr.

Clean climate controlled, 401k, medical, dental, vision, 48 hrs of PTO, 80 hrs of vacation, 1 hour of unpaid time off each week

This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,TN.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 12, 2026.
