This role serves as the executive interface between customers and internal organizations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, operational excellence, profitable growth, and successful lifecycle management of complex manufacturing programs.The Director, Program Management will drive commercial strategy, customer engagement, program execution, financial performance, and cross-functional alignment while maintaining full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, delivery performance, quality, and customer relationships.
