Security Dispatcher We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Security Dispatcher to join our team located at Riverwind Casino. Summary: Dispatches all requests for assistance at a facility level concerning all daily operations. Alert Security Officers, facility personnel, and the management team through proper radio channels of facility needs. Responsibilities: * Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities * Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards * Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area * Dispatch all facility personnel to include but not limited to Lighthorse Police, emergency medical, and local fire department as requested by the security or management team * Contacts Security Officers by radio of any alerts received through the casino based software system including top prize payouts, machine tilt, machine open, or patron requesting assistance * Records all Security employee call-ins and submit to proper security management * Logs all dispatch calls (incoming/outgoing) and or electronic alerts * Performs all other duties as assigned Competencies: Essential: * Able to follow instructions, both written and oral * Ensures compliance * Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters * Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability * Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines * Read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Title 31 subject matter * Works well within a team * Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management * Writes effective communications with team, departments, guests and management * Keeps written records Skills: Essential: * Basic Computer skills * Printers and scanners * Accurately type 25 words per minute Experience: Essential: * No prior experience required Education: Essential: * High School, GED or Equivalent Credentials: Essential: * Phase I * Phase II * Standard Driver's License * Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) Nonessential: * Phase IV unless prohibited (e.g. Hospital) Working Conditions: Essential: * Noisy * Team-oriented * Computers, printers, phones * Communications phone, computer * Communications written, verbal * Pass pre-employment drug test * Sometimes bend, kneel, stoop, push, reach * Sometimes climb stairs * Hand-eye coordination, reach and grasp * Manual dexterity * Operate normal office equipment * Sometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbs * Moderately strenuous work * Sitting up to 100% of shift * Sometimes work in small or cramped areas * Standing up to 50% of shift * Visual acuity for detail, distance, color, depth perception * Walking up to 50% of shift * May work day shift * May work evening shift * May work holidays * May work night shift * May work rotating shifts * May work weekend shift Training: It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
