We are expanding our commercial footprint and growing our sales organization to support increasing demand across the regenerative medicine space.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced medical sales professionals to join our growing team. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on developing new business with healthcare providers and clinics while managing and expanding existing accounts. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Distribution and Clinic Relations and work closely with leadership on territory strategy and growth.

This role is well suited to a competitive, self-motivated sales professional who wants to build a long-term career with a company in a high-growth sector.

Engagement Type

• Classification: 1099 independent contractor
• Structure: Commission-only, based on closed sales
• Territory: Nation Wide
• Schedule: You set your own hours and work methods

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business with physicians, clinics, surgical centers, and healthcare partners
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
• Educate providers and clinical staff on Stematic Biologics' product portfolio and clinical applications
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision makers
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within your territory
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity records
• Partner with distribution and clinical relations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account support
• Represent Stematic Biologics at industry events, conferences, and provider meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development
• Experience in biologics, regenerative medicine, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, handle objections, and close
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Comfortable calling on physicians and clinical decision makers
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
