Wellspring Counseling is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing clinical team in Miami, Florida. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a compassionate clinician who is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative, faith-informed environment. In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver holistic, client-centered care that aligns with Wellspring's mission and values. Qualifications Required Active Florida LMHC, LMFT or LCSW license Master's degree in counseling, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related field Experience providing trauma-informed therapy Strong assessment, treatment planning, and administrative skills Commitment to ethical clinical practice Why Join Wellspring?
