Responsibilities Practice within your neuroradiology subspecialty, along with general hospital and emergency imaging, maintaining subspecialty focus while providing a well-rounded practice. Work with a unified integrated EMR and PACS, and Mayo Clinic imaging protocols to balance workload and enhance efficiency across sites. Interpret studies in a dedicated reading office in a state-of-the-art facility. Leverage a combination of AI tools to support workflow efficiency, prioritization, and diagnostic accuracy within daily practice. Participate in a high-functioning, team-based environment where technology and physics support are designed to streamline workflow and support high-quality interpretation. Flexibility to tailor procedural involvement based on interests, with option to perform a small volume of procedures (e.g., LP, myelogram) or adjust volume based on experience; no requirement to do breast imaging. General fluoroscopy is supported by a Radiology APP. Engage in broad clinical exposure and continued subspecialty skill development with local resources and Mayo Clinic support. Contribute to peer review, quality initiatives, and Mayo Clinic committee activities, with opportunities to influence practice standards and collaborate across the Mayo Clinic system. Practice in an efficient environment with long-term sustainability and strong collegial relationships among providers.
