In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together.Where you'll be: Springfield, TNKey Responsibilities:Trains employees to follow standard work and to understand JDS's.Daily proactive engagement with Operation Leadership, utilizing EMS principles with the main goal to improve NRFT.Facilitate problem solving activities with cross functional teamsKnowledge and experience with Microsoft ExcelCoordinate with SQE's on containment initiates and product releasesGenerate SMRR reports and communicate with suppliers on defects and containment ActivitiesEducation and Experience:High School diploma/GED and 3 to 5 years Electrolux experience with working knowledge of required processes or five years of experience in a manufacturing/quality related field.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.Communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing.Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.Able to stand much of the shift to perform dutiesThis position does not offer sponsorship or relocation.Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).Qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
