In this position, you will assist agents by handling administrative duties, organizing property listings, and facilitating effective communication between clients and team members. Your strong organizational abilities and proactive mindset will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Graduation from PLACE Agent Launch and/or Buyers Certification
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions according to team standards
• Engage in team activities as per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Effectively track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
