Job Location Home Support: 2240 W Sunset St, Springfield, Missouri, United States of America, 65807 Job Type & Hours Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Hours: Varied Work Shift: Evening Shift (United States of America) Job Profile Summary The Home Health Nurse provides one on one care and skilled services for patients in their own home, contributing to the individual’s overall quality of life. On Call Nurses primarily perform admissions for all levels of patient care including complex Infusion and Wound Care. After hours calls that require an in-home visit are completed and telephone education is completed for after-hours calls that do not require an in-home visit. Provides education and resources to patients and caregivers allowing them to manage their conditions and remain in their own home.
