Catering Manager

Zest Culinary Services (formerly known as MMI Dining Systems) is looking for a Catering Manager for our account at William Carey University . If you have a passion for hospitality, a creative eye for details, strong communication skills, and you believe in jumping in and working hands‑on, then this could be the job for you! Responsibilities Plan and implement events, serving as the main point of contact for group functions. Ensure contracts are executed by clients. Work in educational foodservice and manage purchasing, budgeting, cost controls, and staff operations. Maintain a friendly and efficient staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in all food outlets and perform data entry, office tasks, mail runs, deposits, and related duties. Qualifications 2‑3 years of experience in sales, food service, customer service, or equivalent work experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
