Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced on-site Maintenance Engineer for medical office buildings in Plano. Licensure or trade certification is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Minimum of five (5) years' experience in facilities maintenance with thorough understanding of Building Automation Systems, electrical systems, controls, condensing boilers, package rooftop HVAC, variable air volume systems, chemical treatment, emergency generation equipment, plumbing, transfer switches and life safety systems. Perform assigned repairs and building upkeep duties, including periodic pressure washing and leaf blowing as needed. Handle emergency and preventive maintenance in a timely manner. Complete maintenance and repair records as required. Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner. Use Microsoft Office and the work order system via personal computer and smartphone. Exercise excellent organization, verbal, written and multi-tasking skills; must be able to read blueprints. Take ownership of work, be flexible, and focus on creating a positive and welcoming impression. Be self‑sufficient, a team player, and able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders. Avail on‑call approximately every five weeks, traveling to buildings within Plano & Frisco metropolitan areas.
