RN - Case Manager

Medical Professional

This role requires a highly skilled medical professional to provide patient care across multiple locations. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to float between facilities as needed, accommodating varying schedules that may include weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.

Schedule

The schedule may vary weekly, with potential assignments of three days at one location and two at another, or as needed based on patient care requirements. The position will include responsibilities every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Relevant medical degree and/or certifications required for the role.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
