HR Generalist

Touchstone Communities is seeking an HR Generalist to support our skilled nursing communities across Texas. In this onsite role, you’ll handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance while supporting leaders and team members in a mission-driven, faith-based environment. Responsibilities include managing HR records, benefits and leave coordination, policy implementation, training support, and performance processes. You’ll partner with community leadership to build a culture of respect, teamwork, and servant leadership that supports quality resident care and staff retention.
