Production Line Lead

Production Line LeadThe Production Line Lead oversees daily operations of a production or packaging line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a team on the floor. This is a hands-on role that requires working alongside employees, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production on track. This position is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods (up to 90% of the shift), lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in hot and cold environments.
