Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing in a school-based setting near San Mateo, CA. This position addresses a small but important DHH need in San Bruno, involving just two hours per week and a focused caseload of two students. The school seeks a dedicated professional for onsite instruction—virtual services are not an option for this assignment. This opportunity is perfect for a specialist seeking to supplement existing work or expand their hands-on experience with a smaller caseload.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification or credential as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with hearing differences in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills and an adaptive, student-centered approach
- Ability to develop and implement individualized instructional plans
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:
