The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a respected, family-oriented manufacturing organization to identify a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support a stable and growing team.


This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring accurate payroll execution and delivering a seamless benefits experience for employees across the organization. You'll manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.


Working cross-functionally with HR, finance, and leadership teams, you'll help drive process improvements, maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance the overall employee experience in a culture that prioritizes people and long-term success.


We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong service mindset who can balance accuracy, compliance, and employee support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Qualifications:

• Experience in payroll processing and/or benefits administration
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and benefits programs
• Experience with payroll systems ADP (A Must)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
