Key Responsibilities Triage incoming patients and prioritize care. Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform advanced interventions. Monitor patients, manage wounds, and respond to emergencies. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team. Document care accurately in EMR. Requirements RN license in state of assignment. *Compact License Allowed**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility** BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS required. MOAB and NIHSS preferred Strong critical thinking, time management, and crisis management skills. Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post‑op recovery, step‑down).
