TEAMS WANTED

GOOD MILES. GOOD EQUIPMENT. GOOD PEOPLE.

At Bulkley Trucking, we know teams keep America moving. That's why we focus on keeping you rolling with consistent freight, solid equipment, flexible home time, and people who actually know your name.

We're a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in East Texas with strong miles, no-touch freight, and routes that keep you mostly below I-40.

What Teams Can Expect

• Teams earn $180,000–$190,000+ annually
• $5,000 sign-on bonus EACH driver
• Get hired and on the road in as little as 1 week
• $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum
• Home every 7–13 days with flexible reset options
• 90% of routes stay below I-40
• No-touch freight
• Good, consistent miles year-round

Equipment Perks

• New automatic Volvo trucks
• Clean, safe, well-maintained equipment
• XM Radio + Best Pass + DriverWise
• Rider pet program
• Weekly direct deposit
• Per diem allowance
• Fuel bonus program up to +0.05 CPM
• Clean inspection bonuses
• Top performance bonuses
• $1,000 driver referral bonus

Benefits

• Health, dental, vision life insurance
• Paid time off
• Short-term disability
• 401(k) with company match up to 3%

Why Drivers Stay

Bulkley isn't a mega carrier. We're a small, family-owned company that believes in respect, communication, and treating drivers like people instead of truck numbers.

When you call, someone answers. When you're home, we work to keep you home. When you're on the road, we work to keep you moving.

If you and your teammate are looking for consistent miles, solid pay, and a company that still believes relationships matter, let's talk.
