Create high-quality 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings of battery modules, packs, and enclosures using Siemens NX.
Perform tolerance stacking analysis.
Build parametric assembly models with assembly constraints to allow scaling.
Use tolerance stacking to build a design distribution.
Use geometry evaluation tools to perform quality checks and clean up model.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical design, thermal, electrical, and manufacturing to develop integrated battery systems.
Ensure models adhere to design standards, GDT, and best practices for manufacturability and assembly.
Maintain model integrity and revision control using PLM systems such as Teamcenter.
