Sales Operations Specialist
Location: 14445 Grasslands Drive, USC5_EnglewoodParagon28, CO 80112 Duration: 04 Months Pay Rate: $20.00-25.00/hr. on w2
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Hospital/Healthcare operations
- Experience with sales order lifecycle / order processing
- Experience with inventory management, allocation, reconciliation, and billing
- Experience resolving billing, pricing, delivery, and order discrepancies
- Experience processing sales order/invoice adjustments and disputes
- ERP experience required; SAP preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently/remotely
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Professional and proactive approach to customer/sales requests
