Key Responsibilities: Teaching Excellence: Implement our College’s philosophy and curriculum through engaging classroom, online, and clinical teaching. Curriculum Development: Collaborate on didactic and clinical curriculum planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. Course Coordination: Serve as a course coordinator or team instructor, managing both autonomous and shared teaching responsibilities. Student Engagement: Provide meaningful feedback to students, support their advising and counseling needs, and assist with remediation. Two years of full-time teaching experience or three years of clinical experience as a PA. Experientially prepared to teach assigned courses. NCCPA certified physician assistant (PA-C). Maintain current regulatory and practice credentials, as appropriate, based on assignment. Excellent communication skills, along with a high level of initiative and prudent judgment. Must meet all compliance requirements as specified in the Faculty Handbook. Additional Information In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
