Member Service Representative (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join a fast-paced, 24/7 contact center environment. In this role, you will assist members by responding to inquiries, resolving account-related concerns, and providing exceptional service across a variety of financial products and services.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and is comfortable navigating multiple systems while delivering a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Provide information and support regarding financial products and services.
• Process transactions related to checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, consumer loans, IRAs, and other financial products.
• Research and resolve member concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to accurately document interactions and complete requests.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that best meet members' needs.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to contact center performance standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
