We are hiring a Billing Assistant to join our team in our Rockville, MD office. Responsibilities Review proposals and contracts to ensure monthly billing process is timely and accurate Prepare monthly billing reports for project managers, Process, Post, Print and mail Invoices to clients. Review monthly revenue and unbilled revenue to ensure compliance with GAAP and FAR regulations. Updating Project set up in Deltek Vision and Billing files as needed Assist Billing Manager and Controller during annual financial audit tasks related to billing Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in the Accounting or Office Administration Intermediate Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to interact with managers and clients Ability to work independently and as a team player Ability to multi-task and work in fast‑paced environment Prior experience with Deltek Vision a plus High school diploma or equivalent. Post‑secondary education in Accounting or bookkeeping field a plus. Other combination of education and experience in the Accounting/Office Administration field Why Join AMT?
